Day 1 of our 6-day adventure began at 6:15 am in Bathurst2. Despite a chilly morning and only 2 hours of sleep, the excitement was palpable as we headed towards Young for breakfast. The convoy of classic Mercedes-Benz cars drew admiring glances and conversations along the way. After a scenic drive through rolling hills and a visit to the Gundagai Railway Museum, we faced some minor setbacks but kept our spirits high. The day ended in Cobram with a delightful dinner, covering over 650 km.
